SEO Services Guarantee

Escocian provide guaranteed SEO services that are both cost effective and measurable. We will only commit to new SEO projects if we believe that we can substantially improve the search engine placement, market reach, traffic and/or sales conversions of the target site.

Depending on the specifics of each campaign a SEO Services Guarantee will be draw up between Escocian and the client which clearly outlines the goals of the SEO campaign, the deliverables, price and timescale.

Guaranteed SEO Integrity

Our SEO Guarantee does not make unrealistic claims nor do we employ unethical tactics that may harm the long term success of your online property. Escocian is committed to providing and guaranteeing the highest quality SEO services, therefore we will not participate in deceptive or unethical practices that could potentially damage your credibility within the major search engines.

Escocian use keyword research in conjunction with 'On Page' and 'Off Page' SEO techniques and Social Media in order to maximise qualified website visitors and conversions. The aim is to achieve the highest possible search engine rankings for our clients main keyphrases, in our opinion this would be a page one result in Google.

Client Requirements

Prior to Search Engine Optimisation work being undertaken and an SEO Guarantee being issued by Escocian, we need written assurances that:

  • The client has not and will not employ the services of another search engine optimisation company, promotion company or online marketing company to work on the web site during their contract with Escocian.
  • The client has not and will not employ the services of a search engine submission company during their contract with Escocian.
  • The client has not and will not create any duplicate sites, redirects or doorway pages without informing Escocian.
  • The client has not requested or exchanged links with link farms or undertaken any unethical techniques which may harm the web site's ranking with Google.

Failure to satisfy and maintain the above criteria could render Escocian's SEO Guarantee null and void.

SEO Guarantee: Deliverables

Escocian aim to achieve a Top 10 ranking on Google for all mutually agreed keyphrases. We would expect to achieve the desired position for your chosen search term within 12 months for well established sites or 18 months for new sites from the time of the optimised pages going live. Although the work we carry out will benefit positions on search engines other than Google, we consider Google the most important search engine and measure the success of a campaign by rankings achieved in Google.

A ranking report will be emailed monthly, to keep you informed of the site's progress in the search engines. Escocian can accept no responsibility for the non-delivery of these reports due to issues with external mail delivery mechanisms.

SEO Guarantee: Definition of results

"A Top 10 ranking" means that your selected search term will rank within the first 10 results on google.co.uk. Once a top ten place has been achieved, clients have the option to set up a maintenance contract with Escocian to monitor and maintain the positions.

It is not possible to give a 100% guarantee that any specific result will gain the #1 position on any search engine, nor is it possible to quantify the level of increased traffic or sales realised as a result of an SEO campaign.

Escocian reserve the right to terminate our service or revoke the SEO guarantee if the target web site (the web site being optimised during the campaign) is involved in any search engine promotion techniques deemed contrary to Google's, Yahoo's or MSN's Terms and Conditions.

Maintenance

As search engines change their ranking algorithms on a regular basis, no guarantee can be given as to how long a site will retain its ranking unless the site is continually maintained and monitored. A maintenance contract can be set up with Escocian for this purpose. New sites and potentially competitor web sites are being optimised and submitted every day. To ensure that you maintain your rankings, once achieved, is to arrange a maintenance contract with Escocian.

Please note: If the client is unsure in any way as to whether any residual search engine optimisation work previously carried out could affect Escocian's work then a fresh domain name can be supplied.
